What if I want to cancel my monthly subscription and switch to an annual subscription, will I get a pro-rated refund for my Monthly bill?
Yes, if you switch from a Monthly to an Annual subscription after the start of the month, your Annual subscription will start immediately upon registering and you will be given a pro-rated refund on your credit card for only the remaining portion of the month in which you changed your subscriptions.
When is the last day of the month to cancel my subscription so that I am not billed for the next cycle.
You must cancel your monthly subscription at least 5 days prior to the next renewal billing cycle.
Can I cancel my annual subscription?
Yes, in the event you cancel your annual subscription, you would be retroactively billed at the Monthly rate of $49.99 for those months in which you received the service up until 10 months of usage. You would then be refunded the remaining balance of your annual plan. After 10 months of usage, there is no refund for the Annual Plan.
